Back in July, I enrolled in James Patterson’s Masterclass course. The price was reasonable and the course was complimented by a workbook and membership to a closed Facebook group, where other writers could share their insights. James’s expert advice was worth the price. He is personable and easy to listen to. However, I should have waited until my first novel was finished. I couldn’t focus on both. And then the Facebook group maxed out at over one thousand members, it was hard to keep up with things. Luckily, the course is self-paced and I’ll get back into it as soon as I have a large chunk of time to devote to it.
